If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please note that we only proceed with exchange for incorrect or faulty items. Defective goods/ manufacturing defect does not include wear and tear, damage due to incorrect use, damage caused after shipping our products to you.

What do I do if I receive the product that are Wrong/ Faulty?

Please note that we are only able to process such exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order. *From the date that delivery status shown “Delivered”. Incorrect or Faulty item, the return shipping cost and re-shipping cost will be borne by us.

1. Wrong Product
We apologise for faulty product. Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the product via Instagram dm or Whatsapp (+601139427548). We will provide you an address for you to deliver the product to us.

You have [3] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Faulty item
We sincerely apologise for inconvenience caused. Please send a message via Instagram dm or Whatsapp (+601139427548) with an image of the faulty product at the place of damage and relevant order number within 7 days upon receiving the product.

Once the product has been returned, it will be checked. If the defective product contains a manufacturing defect, we will proceed for an exchange of the same but new product that purchased (subject to stock availability). Exchange different products are allowed but the differences in the product value must be paid accordingly.
